• The initial visit is a comprehensive care planning visit (typically 1.5 hours), which is included in your  membership ($550 value). 

• Follow-up visits will be fee-for-service, and as a direct primary care member, you will enjoy special courtesy cost reductions for these visits. 

• Rapid and secure communication  by telephone, email, or secure messaging. 

• You will communicate with me, and me alone....No front-desk staff, medical assistants, billers, nurses, NP’s or PA’s, and no phone menus!

• Secure Patient Portal with 24/7 access to your medical records. 

• I'll see you in my office, in your home, or by telemedicine.

• Emergency visits on evenings, weekends, or holidays if needed. 

• I'll provide you with a detailed invoice for submission to your insurance company for reimbursement for fee-for-service visits.

If you have out-of-network benefits, your bill may be covered in part or in full by your insurance.
